It has always been our concern to serve customers recipes that can satisfy their personal tastes.The wide choice of our offer is always combined with the search for quality ingredients.
Many products are made at home such as pasta, bakery, cheeses to finish with ice cream.And our gratification is to know the customer happy and inclined to come and visit us again!
Home-cooked Italian Cuisine by Mr. Stefano Roncoroni from Como City, located at the southern tip of Lake Como in northern Italy, boasts over 25 years of Italian cooking experience.
The main ingredients are directly imported from Italy. Additionally, we incorporate local products from Chiang Mai, along with organic fruits and vegetables from Stefano’s garden in the Chiang Dao district.
We take pride in producing our own homemade Cheese, Sauce, Bread, and Gelato Ice-Cream.

Nakamon Jutawijittam
Today, the recipient is a second-generation individual, Khun Mind, who graduated in INTERNATIONAL CUISINE from the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok. With a background from the School of the Oriental Hotel Apprenticeship, she has gained over 3 years of working experience at Le Normandie by Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier, the head chef of a two-MICHELIN-starred restaurant. While Mr. Stefano occasionally steps into the kitchen, the taste that remains consistent is that of authentic Italian home-cooked cuisine by Pulcinella da Stefano
